An Appetite for Life!

Have you ever noticed how your appetite can be affected by your mood? It's the old "pint of ice cream" therapy for a bad day; or a lack of hunger when under stress. The wise sages say "Eat before you're hungry, drink before you are thirsty, and sleep before you are tired". If your hunger seems out of balance, you can bring it into harmony by holding your index and little finger, one at a time, both left and right. Bon Appetit!
