Stand up!
Has every mother in America hollered "Stand up straight!" to their hunched over teenager? It may not be that their child simply wants to perfect their runway model walk or disappear into the woodwork. The energy of the spine is simply needing to be opened up so the back will straighten. To do this simply put your hands on you back hip area (you know, that spot that feels tender?) and hold gently. After a minute or two, you'll feel your back relax and will find yourself standing straight like a yardstick. Mom would be so pleased!
